We're an independent practice, not a chain, which means you see the same doctors every visit, exams aren't on a timer, and the frames on our shelves are here because we chose them, not because a corporate buyer did.

DOCTOR
Dr. Tabitha Plunske, O.D., is the owner of Eyes on Litchfield. A Connecticut native, she earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Hartford and her Doctor of Optometry at the New England College of Optometry. She is licensed in Connecticut (license CT3249) and is a member of the Connecticut Association of Optometrists. She has worked in private practice for many years, starting even before optometry school, which gave her experience with everything from routine exams to complex eye disease. She sees patients of all ages, with a focus on comprehensive and medical eye exams, pediatric care, and contact lens fittings. Outside the office she hikes, skis, and photographs the Litchfield Hills.

DOCTOR
Dr. Tommasina Sideris, O.D., has practiced optometry for 27 years and was named one of Vision Monday's Most Influential Women in Optical in 2022. She earned her Doctor of Optometry at the Michigan College of Optometry, Ferris State University, and is licensed in Connecticut (license CT2930). Her focus is comprehensive exams, contact lens fittings, and managing dry eye, glaucoma and macular degeneration. Patients know her for explaining everything, every step, in plain English.
