Dr. Tabitha Plunske brings her deep expertise and passion for eye care to Eyes on Litchfield. Born and raised in Connecticut, Dr. Plunske began her journey at the University of Hartford, followed by extensive clinical training at the New England College of Optometry.
Dr. Plunske is committed to the well-being of her patients, focusing on offering attentive treatment for both adults and children. Whether you’re here for a routine eye exam or specialized care, Dr. Plunske’s approach is centered on understanding your unique needs and providing solutions tailored to your lifestyle.
When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Plunske finds joy in Connecticut’s beautiful outdoors. An avid hiker, skier, and photographer, she understands firsthand the importance of clear vision in fully appreciating life’s most cherished moments.

Dr. Tommasina Sideris, a 1998 Honors Graduate from the Michigan College of Optometry and voted one of the Most Influential Women in Optical, brings 27 years of experience and a genuine passion for patient care. She takes the time to listen, understand, and solve each patient's unique vision problems with precision and compassion.
Beyond the exam room, Dr. Tommasina has designed and developed her own eyewear brand, Tommasina Eyewear, available at Eyes On Litchfield. She also serves as music manager for her son, Donovan Darnell. Dr. Tommasina resides in Litchfield with her husband, Dr. Steven Sideris, owner of Litchfield Dental Associates.
